The Privilege of Membership: Come join the fun!

Membership in the Underground Miata Network is open to all owners of a Mazda MX-5/Miata. Members shall possess a valid drivers license and carry appropriate insurance in accordance with provincial laws and regulations. To apply for membership, complete and return the Membership Form to the membership director. The membership fee is $60 per household and valid from Jan. 1 thru Dec 31, each year. Each membership is allowed one vote for elections and business matters.

Underground Miata Network Membership Form

A completed membership/renewal form must be submitted by all members each year. If you have a significant other or family member who will be joining you at club events, please include their information. The annual membership fee is $60 per family. BY SUBMITTING THIS MEMBERSHIP FORM, I/WE AGREE:  that participation in all UMN activities is at the sole risk of each participant; that photos of UMN events and participants taken by members may be posted on the internet as well as on the UMN website; to be bound by the UMN Constitution, By-laws, and Touring Guidelines as documented on the UMN website.
